Now he was praying because the Witches' Sabbath was drawing near. May Eve was Walpurgis Night, when hell's blackest evil roamed the earth and all the slaves of Satan gathered for nameless rites and deeds. It was always a very bad time in Arkham, even though the fine folks up in Miskatonic Avenue and High and Saltonstall Streets pretended to know nothing about it. There would be bad doings, and a child or two would probably be missing.

In the small Massachusetts town of Arkham, mysterious strangers lurk in the streets, dangerous cultists plot to awaken the Ancient Ones, portals to other dimensions release hideous creatures that bring horror and madness into this world... and only a handful of brave investigators stand before the dread of the unknown.

Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to announce the upcoming release of premium pre-painted miniatures for Arkham Horror, a board game of mystery and madness based on the terrifying literature of master horror writer H.P. Lovecraft. In Arkham Horror, 1-8 players cooperate to investigate the strange happenings about the town, and race to prevent ancient evil from surfacing.

Now, you can immerse yourself even further into the story with a hand-painted miniature of your favorite Arkham Horror character!

These figures, which are made to replace the investigator markers included with Arkham Horror, let you explore the eldritch terrors of Arkham in style. Each investigator miniature is hand-painted, providing enhancement and a new visual impact to your game. Head to our product list to check out the full line of miniatures, or come see the whole lineup at GEN CON!

Note: Due to the nature and costs of manufacturing these figures, we're unable to offer this Fantasy Flight Collector product through distribution or retail as normal. FFG is committed to supporting retailers that wish to carry this product as a service to their customers, despite the financial challenge involved. Such retailers should contact our sales department for more information.

Premium Arkham Horror Investigator miniatures bring your favorite Lovecraftian heroes to vivid life. Each pack includes one pre-painted figure to replace the investigator marker included with the Arkham Horror board game. Enhance your game and rise up against the Ancient Ones in style!

I managed to purchase all but two at GenCon. FFG staff said the figures will be available online soon. Any idea when?

I saw these at GenCon but couldn't pick them up. When and where will they be available for general sale?

If these sell well what are the odds of getting monster minis.

Will there be a "complete set" SKU so we can purchase them all in one go, instead of one at a time?

There is no way I'm going to miss this. Arkham Horror minis? Yes Please! I was excited the first time they tried this, and i am excited again.

And, as an added bonus, I can see a lot of homebrew Arkham Tactics in my future...

Rita's figure looks brown to me.  Light brown, but definitely brown and roughly a match for her investigator sheet picture.

Great that these have resurfaced as a collector's item. Now all we need is NPC minis for Talisman! :)

Nice though a little pricey to cover the full range of characters with random draws etc.

Also, looking at the mini's Rita Young appears to be caucasion but her image on card and backstory makes clear she's African American.
